Ask anybody who knows me and they’ll tell you that I’m a planner. Ask them how many plans I’ve actually made happen and well, there’s not as much to say. It’s so easy to plan, but actually following through on your plans is a whole different story. Here’s how to accomplish your plans like a boss in 3 easy steps!

Know Your Why

The first step to accomplishing your plans like a boss is knowing why. What are you hoping to achieve by executing your plans? Financial freedom, a new job, losing weight, earning a degree; know why and you’re halfway there.

Give Yourself A Realistic Timeline

It’s so easy to say “I’m going to work out every day for 30 days”. Come on, let’s be realistic here. You might work out every day for a week straight and then be a couch potato for three days. And then you end up giving up on your goal! Give yourself a realistic timeline to accomplish your plans. Instead say, “I’m going to work out every day for a week”. Then at the end of the week, rinse and repeat. Sure enough, in 30 days you’ll have accomplished your plan.

Stay Motivated

Easier said than done, I know. Go to Dollar Tree and get a fancy foam board since it’s the same price as the flimsy ones. Then go home and add your plan to it as well as your motivation! If your plan is to save money for a house, add pictures of things you want in your future house. Stick it somewhere you’ll see it every day to stay motivated.
